Please check the inbox of the email address you provided during registration. You may also want to check your spam folder.
Open the confirmation email
Look for our confirmation email with the subject: "Med-for-MS / One click away..."
Click the link
Open the email and click on “Confirm email address.” After that, you’ll receive the PDF both as a direct download and via email.
